CONCORD, N.C. — John and Brittany Power swept the nitro courses Saturday in qualifying for the NGK NTK NHRA 4-Large Nationals at zMAX Dragway.
The 72-year-old John Power topped the Humorous Automobile lineup with a 3.902-second go at 330.55 mph. Daughter Brittany Power took the No. 1 spot in Prime Gasoline along with her track-record Friday run of three.662 at 333.08.
John Power has certified first 161 instances. The 16-time season champion received the final of his 150 Humorous Automobile occasion victories in 2019 outdoors of Seattle.
Greg Anderson was the quickest in Professional Inventory, operating a 6.524 at 210.50 on Friday in a Camaro.
Scotty Pollacheck grabbed the highest spot in Professional Inventory Motorbike with a 6.736 at 201.16 on an Erik Buell Racing machine.
