NHTSA opens probe into 115,000 Tesla autos over suspension difficulty

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Nationwide Freeway Visitors Security Administration (NHTSA) on Friday stated it had opened an investigation into about 115,0000 Tesla autos over entrance suspension questions of safety.

The company stated it was opening a preliminary analysis into 2015-2017 Mannequin S and 2016-2017 Mannequin X autos after receiving 43 complaints alleging failure of the left or proper entrance suspension fore hyperlinks.

Tesla in February 2017 issued a service bulletin describing a producing situation that will lead to entrance suspension fore hyperlink failures, NHTSA stated.
