Agnelli, Peugeot households conform to seek the advice of on Stellantis

MILAN — Italy’s Agnelli and France’s Peugeot, the biggest shareholders in Stellantis, have signed a session settlement, holding corporations representing the 2 households mentioned on Wednesday, on the eve of the automakers’ first annual basic assembly.

Exor and Peugeot 1810 mentioned in a joint assertion that they had entered an understanding “aimed toward strengthening the relations between the Agnelli and Peugeot households and to supply help for Stellantis in its long-term success.”

The accord will permit the 2 corporations to change views, whereas leaving them free to vote as they select and never carrying any obligation to coordinate their actions as Stellantis shareholders, they mentioned.

With a 14.4 p.c stake, Exor is the only largest shareholder in Stellantis, which was shaped in January by means of the merger of Fiat Chrysler Vehicles and PSA Group.

Peugeot 1810 has a 7.2 p.c stake.
