Subaru has issued a pair of recalls affecting greater than 800,000 late-model autos within the U.S. to restore issues referring to engine management modules and rear stabilizer brackets.
The primary recall includes the 2017-19 Impreza and 2018-19 Crosstrek to examine and probably replace the programming of the autos’ engine management modules and substitute their ignition coils, which may degrade over time, the automaker stated. The recall includes an estimated 466,205 autos, Subaru of America stated.
Subaru can be recalling roughly 405,000 2019 Forester and Crosstrek fashions to look at and re-torque the bolts on these autos’ rear stabilizer bar, which might grow to be unfastened over time, the automaker stated.
In each situations, Subaru stated it has acquired no stories of accidents or accidents.
The automaker will mail notifications to automobile house owners inside 60 days, the corporate stated.
