Former Texas dealership staff face expenses over unlawful firearms gross sales

Two males are dealing with legal expenses over the sale of firearms off a automobile dealership lot in Hutto, Texas, about 30 miles northeast of Austin.

Craig Tondre, 42, previously a gross sales supervisor at Covert Ford Hutto, a part of the Texas-based Covert Auto Group, was arrested in April on suspicion of illegally promoting weapons and ammunition. Tondre labored with one other dealership worker, 44-year-old Joshua Ellard, to promote them, based on legal complaints filed April 6 in U.S. District Courtroom for the Western District of Texas.
