Zeigler Auto Group plans to shut Monday on the acquisition of 4 dealerships in Wisconsin, marking its first shops within the state and first Toyota and Hyundai retailers.
The rising retailer will purchase Racine Honda, Racine Toyota and Racine Hyundai, all in Mount Nice, and Kenosha Subaru from Dwelling Run Auto Group of Janesville, Wis. The group is owned by Jim Bozich and Mark Geiger.
Zeigler of Kalamazoo, Mich., stated the transaction is its largest acquisition to this point and that it plans to maintain all workers on the shops.
