Andrew Peters, an Uber passenger who received caught within the snowstorm that shut down the I-95 close to Richmond, Virginia, obtained a surprising invoice from the ride-hailing service after his ordeal had ended.

Peters landed at Dulles Worldwide Airport close to Washington, DC, earlier this week on his manner again from San Francisco. He hailed a trip to get him residence to Richmond Virginia and issues went fallacious virtually instantly.
