Man charged with vandalizing 116 vehicles at three dealerships near Chicago

He was caught at Bob Rohrman Ford by a safety guard, who stopped him after he allegedly broke 19 rear home windows with a blunt metallic object, Basic Supervisor Alex Kaliakmanis instructed Automotive Information.
