BANGKOK — Chinese language automaker Changan Auto will make investments $285 million in a facility in Thailand to supply 100,000 electrical automobiles yearly, Thailand’s Board of Funding stated on Thursday.
The corporate goals to promote the EVs in Thailand, Southeast Asia, Australia, and South Africa, stated the board’s secretary-general, Narit Therdsteerasukdi.

“Changan’s resolution to put money into Thailand is a big milestone in selling the nation because the world’s main EV manufacturing base,” stated Narit.
