The Myers Automotive Group has added one other retailer to its rising portfolio within the Ottawa space with the acquisition of Orléans Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-Ram.
The dealership group that focuses on the Canadian capital introduced it had acquired the shop within the suburb simply east of Ottawa on its social media channels Might 26. Phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Jim Pears was the earlier proprietor of the Stellantis dealership, in line with Supplier Options Mergers & Acquisitions (DSMA), which brokered the sale.
The shop has been renamed Myers Orleans Jeep-Ram-Dodge-Chrysler as a part of the acquisition.
Myers Automotive Group now owns 16 new-car dealerships, all in and round Ottawa, together with three in Orléans.
