DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Carson Hocevar was fined $50,000 and docked 25 driver factors for spinning out Harrison Burton below warning throughout Sunday’s Ally 400 at Nashville Speedway.
NASCAR introduced the penalty on Tuesday in opposition to Hocevar, who drives the Spire Motorsports No. 77.
Hocevar hit Burton from behind, sending him sideways. Burton’s No. 21 automobile ended up in opposition to the wall.
