NEWTON, Iowa — Conor Daly is changing Jack Harvey within the No. 18 Dale Coyne Racing automobile for Sunday’s IndyCar Collection race at Iowa Speedway.
Harvey left Saturday’s 250-lap race on the 0.875-mile oval after 28 laps due to extreme neck ache he has had since earlier than final Sunday’s race at Mid-Ohio.
IndyCar Collection officers granted Daly a 15-minute apply session Sunday morning to arrange for the race. Daly ran 24 laps.
He has 9 IndyCar Collection begins at Iowa Speedway, with one top-10 end.
Daly has one IndyCar Collection begin this season, ending tenth within the Indianapolis 500. He led 22 laps whereas driving for Dreyer & Reinbold Racing.
