The Jeep Gladiator enters the 2025 model year with only a few minor changes, though some versions of the midsize pickup truck have experienced steep price cuts.
The base Sport starts at $39,995, which is slightly higher than the 2024 model’s $39,790 starting price. However, buyers who don’t like manuals actually pay less as the 2025 Gladiator now has a standard 8-speed automatic. It had been a $2,500 option.
The downside is that the 6-speed manual fitted as standard on the 2024 Gladiator is no longer offered on the 2025 model. A 6-speed manual is still offered on the related 2025 Wrangler, but only with the SUV’s V-6 engine.
Also gone from the 2025 Gladiator are last year’s Mojave X and Rubicon X which added some extras on top of the already well-equipped Mojave and Rubicon models.
2024 Jeep Gladiator
Models available for 2025 include the NightHawk ($42,790), Sport S ($43,495), Willys ($47,095), Mojave ($52,995), and Rubicon ($52,995). All figures include a $1,895 destination charge.
Most are priced lower than a comparable 2024 model, especially in the case of the top-end Mojave and Rubicon where prices are down around $8,330 from the previous year.
Just one powertrain is offered across the lineup, in this case a 3.6-liter V-6 paired with a four-wheel-drive system. The V-6 delivers 285 hp, and Jeep quotes a max payload of 1,725 pounds and a towing capacity of 7,700 pounds. A previous diesel option was phased out after 2023.
For buyers willing to wait, a Gladiator 4xe with a plug-in hybrid powertrain is coming. Jeep CEO Antonio Filosa has confirmed the option is due next year, though he hasn’t said whether it will arrive as a 2025 or 2026 model.
