Aston Martin will provide System One with a security and medical automobile for the upcoming season, sharing the duty with Mercedes.

The British producer has returned to the game for the primary time in over 60 years. 4-time world champion Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll will drive for the workforce.

As a part of its shut partnership with world champions Mercedes, Aston Martin has provided a Vantage to be the security automobile and a DBX to be the medical automobile.

Each will carry the shade of green Aston Martin will run with its race cars in 2021.

The Vantage and DBX will debut on the Bahrain Grand Prix on March 28. Aston Martin will share duties with Mercedes, which has provided a security automobile since 1996.

Mercedes is repainting its AMG GT R security automobile and C 63 S Property medical automobile in purple for the upcoming season.

Alan van der Merwe — who performed a crucial function within the fast response to Romain Grosjean’s large crash on the Bahrain Grand Prix — will proceed as F1 medical automobile driver, whereas Bern Maylander stays in his function as security automobile driver.
